Rights of data subjects

According to GDPR Articles 15, 16, 17 and 18, the data subjects have the following rights:

  • Right of access
  • Right to rectification
  • Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’)
  • Right to restriction of processing
Furthermore:

According to GDPR Article 19, the IMI competent authority is obliged to notify other recipient authorities for the rectification or erasure of personal data or for restriction of processing and

According to GDPR Art.19, data subjects have the right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling

These rights are exercised in written, to the competent IMI Authority
