Instructions for Completing the application

i) In the case of application from a company or partnership, this will be signed by the person or persons having the required qualifications and the stamp of the company will be placed. Photocopy of the registration certificate of the company or partnership, photocopy of the certificate of the person or persons binding the company or partnerships and Certificate from the Register of Companies and Official Receiver indicating that not bankruptcy order was made issued should be attached. It is understood that the original of the above mentioned certificates must have been issued by the Register of Companies & Official Receiver.

ii) In the case of point 5 of the application, a photocopy of the high school leaving certificate should be attached and also Certificate of Criminal Record

iii) Cheque should be made payable to the Council of Commercial Agents.
